Means of contact, buying and selling conditions and physical-political position of the sad events:
The price of the works for sale, expressed in euros, if the “property reference” is not indicated, is the figure that appears to the right of the title and description, below each expanded image. This amount should be paid, before delivery of the work, via bank transfer to the account indicated in the invoice corresponding to the order. Transport costs will be met by the buyer and will vary depending on the physical distance from the sending point of origin. Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Practically all paintings on cloth or wood will be sent framed; this is not the case with drawings and works on paper. You should bear in mind that the tone of some colours or the saturation of greys in the graffiti drawings may vary a little due to various motives: the quality of the photo, crisper appearance when retouched, quality, the type and configuration of monitor used for viewing. However, without wishing to boast, I may confirm that the photos do not do the originals justice. For this reason, from the moment that the work is received, the buyer has a term of 30 days to communicate his/her intention to return the work if, once the original has been examined, this is not to his/her liking. S/he will recuperate the amount paid, minus packaging and transport costs, whenever the works are returned in a perfect state, as per my judgement. When ordering by electronic mail the reference that appears beneath the corresponding image should be quoted: for example, the reference for the picture below would be D0. If you wish to contact me directly, you can reach me by phoning (31) 971 46 19 07 (mornings), (31) 971 46 08 20 (evenings) terrestrial timetable, and by fax (31) 971 71 20 15 at any hour of the day. If you should wish to clarify any insignificant point, or you would simply like to contact the author, or see the works directly, and you live in Majorca, or are planning a visit, or you are completely determined to come, or you want to come, that is, you are frankly convinced about coming, you can arrange an appointment by telephone, or via e-mail (llenguainfectada@joanpalou.com), or snail-mail or send a messenger pigeon.
If you consider it opportune, before deciding to buy a work, you may request a large-format photo by e-mail. The largest photos are approximately 11000 KB, (bit map).
Note about the dimensions of the sad works. All of the miniatures shown are of the same height (though I should mention that those that appear most geometrically harmonic present some colours that, for my taste, look very good although they are not real. the paintings have a uniform background, which becomes obvious in the expanded pictures), in such as way that it is possible that two works of very different dimensions one beside the other, may give a false impression as to their real size. It is a good idea to check the dimensions noted below each photo. Similarly, the dimensions may not be exact, with a possible variation of one or two centimetres. EKO.
Note about the dating of the sad works. Attention: as the works were produced, they were often not dated nor signed. Now that they are being catalogued and signed for the purposes of this web page, I have had some doubts regarding dates, but not signatures, which in some cases may not be totally accurate. Attention.
